NitroRC ships RC cars, parts, and accessories within Malaysia with careful packaging, practical delivery handling, and customer support for shipping-related questions.

NitroRC arranges shipping for gas-powered RC cars, off-road models, spare parts, and accessories. Since many RC products are large, mechanical, or fragile, packaging and delivery may require additional care compared with ordinary small parcels.

Delivery time, courier choice, and shipping cost may vary depending on product size, package weight, destination, courier availability, and logistics conditions.

2. Shipping Area

We currently support delivery within Malaysia where courier service is available. Delivery availability may vary for remote areas, industrial areas, islands, or locations with limited courier coverage.

7. Tracking Information

If tracking is available, NitroRC may provide the tracking number or courier details after shipment. Tracking updates may take some time to appear in the courier system.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow time for courier scanning and system processing.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NitroRC is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, additional charges, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Make sure the delivery address is accessible by courier.
  • Respond to courier calls or delivery messages when necessary.

9. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the outer packaging before opening. If the product inside is damaged, take additional photos or videos and contact NitroRC as soon as possible.

Clear evidence helps us communicate with the courier and review the case properly.
