1. Policy Overview
We want customers to purchase with confidence. If your order arrives with a confirmed issue, wrong item, missing part, or delivery-related damage, NitroRC will review the case and provide suitable assistance according to this policy.
Because gas-powered RC cars are hobby-grade mechanical products, return and exchange requests must be reviewed based on product condition, usage status, evidence provided, and the reason for the request.
2. Return or Exchange May Apply If
Wrong Item Delivered
You received a product that is different from the item shown in your confirmed order.
Delivery Damage
The product arrives damaged and the issue is reported promptly with clear photos or videos.
Confirmed Pre-Use Defect
The product has a confirmed issue before being used, started, tuned, modified, or disassembled.
Missing Parts
Important parts are missing and the issue is reported shortly after delivery with package evidence.
3. Returns May Not Apply If
Returns or exchanges may be rejected if the product condition shows customer use, damage, modification, or improper handling.
- The product has been used, started, driven, crashed, modified, repaired, or disassembled.
- Damage is caused by incorrect fuel, improper starting, wrong tuning, or overheating.
- Damage is caused by collision, jumping, racing, water exposure, mud, sand, or poor maintenance.
- Packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, or proof of purchase are missing.
- The issue is caused by normal wear and tear.
- The return request is submitted too late or without clear evidence.
Important: Damage caused by racing impact, crash, incorrect fuel mixture, improper operation, unauthorized modification, or lack of maintenance is not considered a product defect.
4. Inspection After Delivery
Customers should inspect the package and product as soon as possible after delivery. If the outer package appears damaged, take clear photos or videos before opening it.
- Check the outer carton and packaging condition.
- Check the product body, wheels, suspension, engine area, and accessories.
- Confirm all major parts are included.
- Contact NitroRC before using the product if any issue is found.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request support, please contact NitroRC with complete information. Clear evidence helps us review your case faster.

- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of the package if delivery damage is involved
- Your name, phone number, and email address
6. Review and Resolution
After receiving your request, NitroRC will review the information provided. We may ask for additional photos, videos, or product details before confirming the next step.
Depending on the case, possible solutions may include troubleshooting guidance, replacement part support, exchange arrangement, or another reasonable resolution.
Please do not return any product without confirmation from NitroRC. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
