Warranty Policy

NitroRC provides reasonable support for eligible product issues. This policy explains what may be covered, what is not covered, and how customers can request warranty assistance.

1. Warranty Policy Overview

NitroRC sells hobby-grade gas-powered RC cars, off-road racing models, parts, and accessories. These products require proper setup, correct fuel mixture, regular checking, and responsible operation.

Warranty support may be provided for eligible issues after our team reviews the product condition, usage situation, order details, photos, videos, and other evidence provided by the customer.

2. What Warranty May Cover

Warranty support may apply only to confirmed product-related issues that are not caused by misuse, crash damage, incorrect operation, or normal wear.

Manufacturing Defects

Confirmed defects that existed before use and are not caused by customer operation.

Missing Parts

Missing parts reported shortly after delivery with clear photos, package evidence, and order details.

Pre-Use Issues

Problems identified before the product is started, driven, modified, or disassembled.

Confirmed Component Problems

Certain parts may be reviewed if our support team confirms a product-related issue.

3. What Warranty Does Not Cover

Gas-powered RC cars are performance hobby products. Many issues are caused by operation, impact, tuning, fuel, or maintenance conditions. Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Crash damage, collision damage, jumping impact, or racing accidents.
  • Damage caused by incorrect fuel mixture or unsuitable fuel.
  • Damage caused by improper starting, tuning, overheating, or engine misuse.
  • Water damage, mud damage, sand damage, or corrosion.
  • Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly.
  • Normal wear and tear of tires, brakes, clutch parts, gears, filters, spark plugs, body shell, and consumable parts.
  • Damage caused by loose screws, lack of inspection, or poor maintenance.
  • Damage caused by using the product in unsafe or unsuitable locations.

Important: Damage after driving, racing, crashing, jumping, incorrect fuel use, or improper maintenance is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Customer Responsibility Before Use

Customers should inspect the product carefully before starting or driving it. If you notice any issue, please contact NitroRC before using, modifying, tuning, or disassembling the product.

  • Check all visible parts and accessories after delivery.
  • Confirm screws, wheels, suspension, brakes, throttle, and steering response.
  • Use the correct gasoline and 2-stroke oil mixture.
  • Charge and check all required batteries before operation.
  • Read product instructions and safety guidance carefully.

5. How to Request Warranty Support

To request warranty support, please contact NitroRC and provide complete information. Clear evidence helps us review your case faster and more accurately.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name and model
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
  • Photos of the packaging if delivery damage is involved
  • Information about whether the product has been used, started, tuned, modified, or repaired

6. Review Process

After receiving your request, NitroRC may review the submitted information and ask for additional photos, videos, or usage details. In some cases, we may provide troubleshooting suggestions before confirming whether the issue qualifies for warranty support.

Warranty solutions may vary depending on the product, issue type, availability of parts, and case review result.

7. Possible Warranty Solutions

If a case is confirmed as eligible, NitroRC may offer one or more of the following solutions:

  • Basic troubleshooting guidance.
  • Replacement part assistance where applicable.
  • Repair guidance for compatible components.
  • Exchange support if the issue meets our policy conditions.
  • Other reasonable solutions depending on the case.

8. Delivery Damage

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos or videos of the package before opening it. Then take photos or videos of the product condition and contact NitroRC as soon as possible.

Delivery damage claims may require courier review. Late reports or missing evidence may make the case difficult to process.

9. Parts and Maintenance Support

Even if an issue is not covered by warranty, NitroRC may still assist customers with compatible spare parts, maintenance advice, and basic troubleshooting guidance where available.

Regular maintenance is important for gas RC cars. Always check screws, filters, tires, fuel lines, brakes, batteries, and moving parts before and after driving.
